3. Actions in Case of Plagiarism

• If plagiarism is found before publication, the manuscript will be rejected or returned to the author for revision.
• If plagiarism is detected after publication, the journal reserves the right to retract the article and take further actions as necessary.
• Authors found guilty of plagiarism may be blacklisted from submitting to the journal in the future.

4. Author Responsibilities
