Social stability in Central Papua faces complex challenges arising from geographical constraints, security dynamics, and the persistent risk of social conflict. In this context, internal organizational synergy within the police force plays a critical role in enhancing the effectiveness of public security and order. This study aims to analyze the patterns of internal organizational synergy, its contribution to social stability, the supporting and inhibiting factors, and strategies for strengthening organizational collaboration within the Central Papua Regional Police. A qualitative case study approach was employed. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, non-participant observations, and document analysis involving police leaders, operational personnel, intelligence officers, community policing officers, and relevant stakeholders. The data were analyzed using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña. The findings indicate that internal synergy is fostered through cross-functional coordination, a hierarchical command system, integrated intelligence sharing, and joint operational activities, enabling timely and coordinated responses to security disturbances. Leadership commitment, effective communication, and organizational cohesion emerged as key enabling factors, while limited communication infrastructure, difficult geographical conditions, and rapidly evolving security challenges remained significant barriers. Strengthening information technology, enhancing human resource capacity, and promoting collaborative leadership are essential to improving organizational synergy and sustaining long-term social stability in Central Papua.
